Diehard Dublin GAA fans are delighted with the news that they won’t miss a minute of the Man U game during the All Ireland Final next Sunday.
A giant 50 foot jumbo screen is to be installed on the Hill by salt of the earth Dublin GAA supporters who hope that a magnificent double can be completed.
Hill 16 stalwart Anto Larkin is looking forward to this feast of sport: “l can’t wait for Super Sunday. I will be off my head on cans screaming for United and hopefully Jayo and Whelo can put it up to those bleedin’ culchies at the same time”.
Dual footballing legend, Kevin Moran, a successful half back for Dublin and center back for Manchester United says that “this is a historic moment for the GAA”. Moran was certainly a master of both trades picking up two All Ireland’s with the Dubs and two FA cups with United and to have both showing at the same time “shows just how far we’ve come as a nation”.
The All-Ireland Final between Dublin & Mayo will kick off at 3.30pm followed shortly after by Man U vs Everton at 4pm. Fans are urged to be in the Hill at least 30 minutes before kick-off to get a good view of both.
